The Wainstones wedding photography – Helen & Scott

Helen and Scott’s April wedding was a weather defying, laid back and fun filled day.  The sun was shining when I arrived at Helen’s parent’s home in the morning, just as Helen and the girls came back from the hairdressers, allowing me to catch some great shots of the finishing touches and Helen’s beautiful dress. As I met Scott at their church the guests were all arriving creating a great atmosphere and the opportunity for plenty of relaxed and natural photographs. As we waited for Helen to arrive the two pageboys and flower girl kept us all entertained as they were so excited! Following their church ceremony I joined them for their reception at The Wainstones Hotel in Great Broughton…with the sun still shining in spite of the forecast…and after a few romantic shots in the garden, they spent the afternoon enjoying the company of their family and friends. My time with them ended with some fantastic shots of their very funny speeches! Here are a few of my favourites…
